This model is manufactured with bio-based HPPE, a high-performance fibre providing cut protection and increased tear resistance. Usually, HPPE is a synthetic fibre made using crude oil, a finite raw material. However, the bio-based HPPE (Dyneema) is derived from oils produced during the wood pulp process used to make various paper products. The raw material used in this safety glove is renewable, resource efficient and is therefore, more sustainable.
