The construction industry places many extreme demands on workers and their footwear. With this in mind, our footwear product development specialists paid specific attention to the intelligent design, inclusion of key features, high quality materials and manufacturing process when developing the uvex 2 construction. The sole of the boot features the tried-and-tested uvex 2 PU/PU sole with foamed scuff cap, self-cleaning deep tread and anti-twist heel basket to keep your feet safe and stable, especially when working outdoors. In addition to excellent cushioning properties, the uvex 2 construction boot also has a penetration-resistant steel midsole that protects against nails and sharp objects.

The upper offers excellent resistance to water and dirt and has been made using as few seams as possible. The design of the tongue prevents water and dirt from entering the boot. The uvex 2 construction is made from leather featuring our new uvex waterstop technology, which protects against water penetration for 4 times longer than required by the European standard - keeping your feet protected and dry throughout the entire working day, and without compromising breathability.
