“uvex 3 quatro boots” Prize draw – Terms and Conditions

Promoter: UVEX-SAFETY (UK) LTD, Company registration number 2213885, registered office at uvex House, Farnham Trading Estate, Farnham, Surrey, GU9 0SB (the “Promoter”).

1. Eligibility
1.1 The promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over.
1.2 Employees, contractors and agents of Arco Limited, and anyone professionally connected with this promotion, are not eligible. Employees of the Promoter and its group companies and their immediate families/households are also excluded.
1.3 One entry per person per qualifying purchase. Multiple entries by the same person for the same purchase are not permitted. Bulk entries, entries via third parties, syndicates or automated means are not permitted.

2. Promotional Period
2.1 The promotion opens at 08:00 on Friday 2nd January 2026 and closes at 12:30 on Saturday 28th February 2026 (the “Promotional Period”).
2.2 Entries received after the closing date will not be accepted.
2.3 The closing date is stated on the competition entry slip provided by Arco branch staff at the time of purchase and used to enter the competition.

3. How to Enter
3.1 With purchase: Buy a pair of uvex 3 quatro boots from any Arco Limited shop during the Promotional Period, scan the QR code provided the slip given at the till point, and complete the online entry form, including your full name, email address, and the unique reference number staring 102 at the bottom of the receipt and the Arco Limited branch you purchased the goods from. Keep your original receipt as proof of purchase.
3.2 This is a free prize draw. No payment is required to enter, and purchase does not increase the chance of winning. To enter for free, complete your full name, email address, UK postcode on the website form www.uvex-safety.co.uk/en/arco-competition. Free entries must be received by the Promoter by the closing date. One free entry per person.
3.3 Entries must be made personally by the entrant. Incomplete, illegible or late entries will be void.
3.4 Both purchase and free entry routes are treated equally, with identical chances of winning. Information on support for individuals concerned about gambling related harm is available at www.gamcare.org.uk.

4. Verification
4.1 The Promoter may require entrants to provide the original itemised receipt and may verify entries with Arco Limited.
4.2 The Promoter may request proof of identity, age and residence. Failure to provide suitable proof within the timeframe notified will result in disqualification.
4.3 Purchases of the uvex 3 quatro boots that are returned or refunded, whether partially or in full, will invalidate the corresponding entry. Any entry associated with a refunded transaction will be removed from the prize draw. The Promoter reserves the right to request confirmation that the qualifying purchase has not been returned or refunded.

5. The Prize(s)
5.1 The prize(s) are: The prizes consist of 26 individual products selected from a predefined list of items available from UVEX SAFETY (UK) LTD. The prize list includes:
a) a selection of core UVEX-branded merchandise such as water bottles, notebooks, sports items and clothing, and
b) a range of personal protective equipment (PPE) from the UVEX SAFETY (UK) LTD product portfolio.
The exact combination of items awarded will be determined by the Promoter from the set list prior to the draw. All items are new and supplied by UVEX SAFETY (UK) LTD. No cash alternative is available and products are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
5.2 Number of prizes available: 1 which comprises of 26 items. There is no cash alternative. Prizes are non transferable and non refundable. Some prizes are subject to subject to size, colour or stock variation availability and substitutions may occur on a like-for-like basis only.
5.3 If a prize is unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter reserves the right to award a prize of equal or greater value.

6. Winner Selection and Notification
6.1 All valid entries received by the closing date will be entered into a random draw conducted using an independently verified computer process within 5 working days of the closing date. The Promoter will retain documentation evidencing the fairness and independence of the draw, which may be provided to regulators upon request.
6.2 Winners will be notified via email within 10 working days of the draw. Winners must respond and claim their prize within 14 days of notification, providing any requested verification.
6.3 If a winner does not respond or is ineligible, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to a reserve selected at the same time as the original draw, or to withdraw the prize.

7. Delivery or Fulfilment
7.1 Prizes will be delivered to a UK address provided by the winner within approximately 30 days of successful claim/verification.
7.2 The Promoter is not responsible for failed delivery due to the provision of incorrect information by the winner.

8. Publicity
8.1 The Promoter may publish the surname and county of major prize winners and, if applicable, the winning entry, after the draw date. Winners can object to or request a reduction of such information by contacting marketing@uvex.co.uk, but the Promoter may still be required to share this information with the ASA on request.
8.2 With the winner’s separate consent, the Promoter may use winner testimonials, photographs or video for publicity.

9. Data Protection
9.1 Personal data will be processed by the Promoter as controller for the purpose of administering the promotion and, where consent is given, for marketing. The lawful basis is performance of a contract (administering the promotion) and consent (marketing).

9.3 Personal data of non-winners will be retained for up to 6 months after the promotion closes for audit/verification and then deleted. Winner data may be retained for 6 years for legal/accounting purposes.

10. Fairness and Disqualification
10.1 The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries that it reasonably believes are: in breach of these terms, involve fraud, manipulation, bots, or interfere with the operation of the promotion.
10.2 If there is any reason to believe an entrant has breached these terms, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, refuse or withdraw entries or prizes.
10.3 If technical or system issues prevent entry during the promotional period, the Promoter will take reasonable steps to ensure fairness, which may include extending the entry period or providing alternative entry methods.
10.4 The Promoter will ensure that all marketing communications related to this promotion are not misleading and comply with the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008.

11. Liability
11.1 Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
11.2 Subject to 11.1, the Promoter is not responsible for: entries lost, delayed, corrupted or not received due to technical, network, hardware or software failure; any loss that is not foreseeable or not caused by the Promoter’s breach; or any loss of profit, business or opportunity.
11.3 Internet access and a compatible device may be required to enter. The entrant is responsible for any charges related to data usage.

12. Accessibility and Assistance
12.1 If you experience accessibility barriers with the QR code or online form, contact marketing@uvex.co.uk for an alternative accessible entry method within the Promotional Period.

13. General
13.1 The decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
13.2 These terms and the promotion are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
13.3 The Promoter reserves the right to void, suspend, cancel or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so due to events outside its reasonable control, provided that it does not materially disadvantage entrants.
13.4 This promotion is administered in accordance with the CAP Code and will be conducted under proper supervision with adequate administrative resources.
13.5 The Promoter is responsible for ensuring proper supervision and adequate resources to administer this promotion in accordance with the CAP Code.
